This Path program ensures exceptional delivery of streamlined, sustainable, value-driven and measurable processes that drive results for FedEx WHQ. We are one of seven janitorial companies in the world with the lean technology to eliminate waste, improve quality and security, while saving a significant amount of the cleaning costs which are the largest controllable costs in the facility managers’ budgets. Our unique, proprietary system is called CleanPath.
MMMM developed QualityPath, a one of a kind Continuous Quality Improvement system, to proactively ensure the quality levels are maintained consistently, thereby reducing and eliminating complaints and issues.
MMMM's safety program, called SafePath is our industry leading safety and incentive program. This year we were the only company to earn our industry safety award from the BSCAI out of 2,500 companies worldwide in the large company category. In fact, we have earned it 17 out of the last 18 years. Our EMR experience mod rate is 0.73.
